LOAD PINS, TENSIOMETERS
LOAD CELLS, ELECTRONICS
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5.30pm (GMT+1)

I have a load limiter composed of a load cell and a BRIDGE-BOY.
When there is no load on hoisting device, the BRIDGE-BOY triggers unexpectedly.

Answer:
To ensure positive safety, the BRIDGE-BOY will set itself to fault when the output signal falls below -0.5 V.

Set the hoisting device without any load. Measure the voltage between terminal 8 (+) and GND (-)

(see drawing above).

This signal may not be negative. If necessary increase it to 0 V or a slightly positive value (ex: 0.1 V) by using the zero potentiometer (Z).
