SENSY offers a complete range of static (‘non-rotating’) and rotating (dynamic) torque meters.

The measurement ranges available for the first type range from 2 Nm to 1000 kN m.

Depending on the capacity and the environment, our torque meters are available in the following materials: stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum.

As the standard, you will obviously find the ‘classic’ models with flanges, square or hexagonal tips. In addition, the many options allow you to adapt them to your conditions of use: high temperature (+200° C), low temperature (-50° C), explosive atmosphere, radioactivity, use under pressure or under vacuum, etc.

These sensors are available with different output signals: unamplified analog (mV / V), amplified (V, mA); digital (RS-232, RS-485, USB, fieldbus) or wireless.

We can also offer static torque meters tailored to meet the most demanding requirements. Very accurate torque meters can be used as standard torque sensors for machine recalibration or as industrial torque meters.

Measuring ranges of rotary torque meters vary from 1 Nm to 25 kN m as the standard. The range can be higher on request. Transmission of the torque can be done by shafts with key, square ends, flanges or fluted shafts (PTO) which are typical of agricultural machines.

The maximum rotational speeds are 500 to 10,000 rpm, depending on the model, measuring range and tip type.
