S-load cells, pancake, tension and compression

The range of SENSY force transducers is very wide. This one is characterised by a measuring range varying from 10 N to 50 MN (tension and / or compression) and an accuracy of up to 0.01%. Depending on the capacity and the environment, our force transducer models are available in the following materials: stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum.

As is standard, SENSY manufactures ‘classic’ models: S-force sensors, miniature models, pancakes, force washers, annular sensors, etc. to which can be added many options to adapt to the conditions of use: high temperature (+ 200° C), low temperature (-50° C), explosive atmosphere, radioactivity, use under pressure, or under vacuum, etc.

These Sensy load cells are available with different output signals: unamplified analog (mV / V), amplified (V, mA), digital (RS-232, RS-485, USB, fieldbus), or wireless.

In addition, SENSY’s structure and flexibility enables it to offer custom-made force transducers to meet the most demanding requirements.
