ISO 376-calibration of force proving instruments

SENSY offers a complete range of standard reference force transducers for the verification of uniaxial testing machines.

These load cells are used by certified laboratories tasked with verifying uniaxial testing machines according to the standard EN ISO 7500.

The accuracy required for this type of sensor must be in accordance with ISO 376. There are 3 accuracy classes: 1, 0.5 and 00, which are defined for a measurement range (e.g. from 10 to 100% of the full scale).

Ranges available in the SENSY catalogue are from 200N up to 50MN for compression and tension/compression.

SENSY also provides all the loading accessories, reading electronics and dedicated software for these calibrations.

These sensors and their reading electronics must be periodically checked (max. every 26 months) by an accredited laboratory.
